The easiest way to test whether a flow is working is to make test calls to identify if there is an issue with the flow or with an endpoint(s). If you first call the phone number and the call does not connect, try dialing the endpoint. If the call does not connect, there may be a fault with the endpoint number. For testing, we recommend updating the endpoint to a new number and performing another test call, to confirm there is no issue with the phone number.
