The only difference between an Australian 1300 and 1800 number is the cost for the caller. If a call is made to a 1800 number from any Australian landline or mobile, the call is free. Whereas calls to a 1300 number will attract a charge determined by the callers landline or mobile phone carrier. There is no difference between what a 1300 and 1800 number can do. Both numbers use the same features made available in Flow and can be set-up the same way.
