You can delete a step in the middle of a flow by selecting the step and clicking the settings cog. An advisory will appear confirming whether you want to delete the step, as the legs below the step will also be deleted from the flow. Alternatively you can also delete a single step by following the same steps. Please not that using this method can delete other branches as well.
